Dr. Richard Mark Soley is Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of the Object Management Group, Inc. (OMG®). |
|
As Chairman and CEO, Dr. Soley is
responsible for the vision and direction of the world's largest
consortium of its type. Dr. Soley joined the nascent OMG as
Technical Director in 1989, leading the development of OMG's
world-leading standardization process and the original
CORBA® specification. |
|
In 1996, he led the effort to move
into vertical market standards (starting with healthcare, finance,
telecommunications and manufacturing) and modeling, leading first to
the Unified Modeling Language (UML®)
and later the Model Driven
Architecture (MDA®). |
|
Previously, Dr. Soley was a co-founder
and former Chairman/CEO of A. I. Architects, Inc., maker of the 386 HummingBoard and other PC and workstation hardware and software.
Prior to that, he consulted for various technology companies and
venture firms on matters pertaining to software investment
opportunities. Dr. Soley has also consulted for IBM, Motorola,
PictureTel, Texas Instruments, Gold Hill Computer and others. He
began his professional life at Honeywell Computer Systems working on
the Multics operating system. |

A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Dr.
Soley holds the bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees in
Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology (MIT). |

Mr. Reginald C. Corinaldi is President of Financial
Security Management, Inc., an NASD-Member firm. With an MBA in
Finance from the University of North Carolina Reginald went to work
for top financial companies including Phillip Morris International
and The Costello Group, located in New York City. He and his
wife, Dr. Angela Mercer, moved to Virginia in 1984. |
|
Mr. Corinaldi is a Certified Financial
Planner (CFP), a Certified Investment Specialist, a
member of the
Paladin
Registry of Five Star Planners & Advisors, and an
International Who's Who. He currently serves on the Board of the
Planning Council and is Chairman of the Pension Committee. He has
lectures extensively and provides seminars and workshops at such
entities as Howard University Dental School, Chesapeake General
Hospital, Virginia Power and local colleges. His topics have ranged
from 401(k) plans to extensive estate planning. Mr. Corinaldi resides in
Virginia Beach with his wife and three children. |

Dr. Melvin L.
Henderson
is President of Capitol Entertainment, owner of Docks
at the Capitol and retired Doctor of
Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Henderson began his medical
career after completing his undergraduate Pre-Med studies at Brown
University in Providence, RI, and his M.D. degree from Duke
University. He
successfully completed his four year
residency at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville, NC, where he also
served |
as the Chief
Resident of Obstetrics and Gynecology. |
|
Dr. Henderson
returned to his birth home of Fayetteville, NC where he founded
Birth and Women’s Care and
later established a second location in Raeford, NC. He also
founded and operated the Health and Wellness Center of Fayetteville. Dr. Henderson
was the pioneer of modern mid-wife care in Cumberland County, leading
to the first delivery by a mid-wife at Cape Fear Valley Hospital. Dr. Henderson retired from practice in 1998
following back surgery. |

For the past six
years, Dr. Henderson has been focused on downtown revitalization in
Fayetteville, NC. He is the owner of Capitol
Entertainment and developer of The Capitol Project, to include Docks
at the Capitol. Of three
projects recommended, The Capitol Project was
selected for the downtown
Renaissance Plan. Additionally, the Capitol building has been added to the
National Historic Registry. In September 2005, Dr. Henderson
received the Professional Service Award from the Cumberland and
Regional Improvement Corporation for his work with The Capitol
Project. |

Dr. Henderson is
a member of the Old North State Medical Society and the
North Carolina
Medical Society. Currently, he is serving in his third year as the
Physician Representative on the
Cumberland County Mental Health
Board. Dr. Henderson is an active member of First Baptist Church
of
Fayetteville. |

Admiral J.
Paul Reason, USN (Ret), served as a commissioned officer in the U.
S. Navy from 1965 until 1999. Trained in nuclear propulsion
engineering following graduation from the U. S. Naval Academy, he
served in every officer rank from Ensign through four-star Admiral.
His final assignment, 1996 – 1999, was Commander-in-Chief, United
States Atlantic Fleet. |

The Board of
Directors of Metro Machine Corporation installed J. Paul Reason as President and Chief Operating
Officer in July 2000. In 2005 he assumed duties as Vice Chairman.
He retired in 2006, currently serving as non-executive Vice Chairman
of the Board. |
|
Metro Machine
Corporation originated as a machine shop employing six men in
support of the Hampton Roads maritime industry in 1963. In 1966,
Metro Machine earned a Master Ship Repair Contract with the United
States Navy, beginning a process that culminated in Metro becoming
one of the Nation’s foremost ship repair contractors. Metro
conducts all manner of ship repair from complex overhaul of naval
ships through dry-docking repairs at facilities in Norfolk,
Virginia; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania |

Metro designed
and constructed the most advanced floating dry-dock in the United
States in 2002. The dry-dock SPEEDE is operated in Norfolk
and is capable of lifting every ship of the US Navy except aircraft
carriers. |
|
Prior to
joining Metro Machine Corporation, he was Vice President for
Ship Systems at Syntek Technologies, Inc. of Arlington,
Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United
States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Computer Systems
Management. |
|
In
addition to service on the board of Metro Machine, he is a
Director for AMGEN, Inc., Norfolk Southern Corporation and a
former Director for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. In 2005 he received a
gubernatorial appointment to the Board of Directors for the
Virginia National Defense Industrial Authority. |
